I’m a senior researcher and theme lead ‘eHealth and person-centered care’. In 2019, I successfully defended my PhD thesis entitled ‘effective and efficient use of bDMARDs in Rheumatoid Arthritis’.
My research focuses on treatment strategies in inflammatory rheumatic diseases and the use of eHealth to improve and personalise care. I co-supervise several PhD students in their research. Next to this, I’m member of the eHealth working group from the Dutch Society for Rheumatology.
