Innovation

Innovation is an integrated part of our research activities. The Sint Maartenskliniek is an important test environment for many modern innovations regarding posture and movement. We have modern facilities at our disposal such as a GRAIL (walking in a virtual reality environment), a 3D printer, a movement analysis laboratory, an exoskeleton, a LOPES II walking robot and virtual reality goggles for pain control. All innovations are closely monitored and tested on behalf of the thousands of patients visiting the Sint Maartenskliniek each year.
