After completing my research master in Human Movement Sciences at the VU University of Amsterdam and a short foray into software development and ICT, I have been working at Sint Maartenskliniek as a researcher since 2019. I work within the theme of surgical orthopaedic innovations, where I am involved in many different studies. In my PhD project, I focus on 3D analysis and 3D printing techniques in the surgical treatment of knee osteoarthritis. In which I am particularly looking to preserve the natural movement of the knee as much as possible.
